Shipping and Delivery Information
We hope you have no problems with your order as customer satisfaction is our number one goal. However, if you are not 100% happy with your order you can return it within 28 day's of purchase via your postal service. All items returned as 'faulty' will be inspected by us, and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as 'faulty'.
We ship all over Europe!
Free Delivery on orders over €50. Orders under €50 will be charged for delivery within the Republic of Ireland at a cost of €7.00 per order. Orders under €50 will be charged at the rate of €7.50 to Northern Ireland. We currently are unable to deliver to the U.K
We endeavour to provide the most cost effective delivery charges, delivery costs charged at checkout are subject to change and in some circumstances you may be requested to provide additional delivery costs after checkout for heavy weight or multi packed products.
We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible, this is usually within 1-2 days of an order being placed, but during busy periods it may take up to 4-6 working days. Once goods have been dispatched you will receive a notification by email and you can expect to receive your goods in 1-2 days in Ireland. Designer Feet cannot be held responsible for any delays incurred due to adverse weather conditions.
Delivery is by courier - DPD. It will be delivered during working hours and MUST be signed for so please provide a valid delivery address.
Order Status:
When you complete an order you will receive a confirmation email from us with your order ID.
What the status of your order means:
Processing = Your order is being processed by our warehouse and should be due for dispatch soon.
Completed = Your order has been dispatched with our courier and is on its way to you.
