Online Return Policy

We hope you have no problems with your order as customer satisfaction is our number one goal. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or no longer want any of your items, you may return them to us, in accordance with our returns policy, up to 21 Days after purchase for a refund or exchange. Your statutory rights are not affected. All shoes returned must be UNWORN and REPACKED in the original box with any labels still attached. Shoes must not be damaged or worn outside and no scuffing should appear on the sole. (It is advisable to try on shoes on a carpeted area to avoid any damage to the sole). Contact our returns department at info@designerfeet.com

Postal service - You can return the shoes to us by post. The return postage charge must be paid by you. Please retain proof of postage as Designer Feet will not be responsible for goods lost in the post.  

Faulty items: If a product is defective or faulty in any way, please contact us immediately at info@designerfeet.com  Any damages or faults must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

Cancellations: 

We can cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the goods to us and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost).
